What Is the Current Policy Progress?

ICANN has already conducted multiple rounds of public comment on the Applicant Guidebook. In May 2025, ICANN will release the initial version of the Applicant Guidebook for the Next Round of New gTLD applications, and all application requirements will be disclosed in this draft. Companies can begin planning their application entities and preparing the necessary materials in advance, allowing more time for internal approvals, document reviews, and other processes.
